This website is also the proud host for the Dream for South Africa (click on Droom link in menu) Droom Nuus: November 2013 Goeie dag al die dromers van reg oor die land, ek kan nie vir julle beskryf hoe trots ons almal nou is nie. Ek moet toegee ons twee dorpe wat die voortoon voer is Outjo en Jeffereys Bay, met ‘n string ander dorpe kort op hul hakke. Maar ons is nie in kompetisie met mekaar nie, eerder met onsself. As jy jou die taak gestel het om net een gebou te verf, dan is dit goed so. As jy kans gesien het vir ‘n hele dorp, dan is dit ook goed so. Die punt is dat beide die persone gesorg het vir ‘n verbetering in die land van ons. more info Droom Nuus: September 2013 Almal is stadig maar seker besig om hul uit die winter se greep los te woel, sommige het natuurlik regdeur die winter gewoel. Dit is wat die Droom so maklik maak, almal pas dit aan hul eie spesifieke behoeftes. Gedurende die koue winter was ons op Kuruman, Prins Afred Hamlet, Ladismith, en Wolseley, en wonderlike entoesiastiese mense ontmoet. In Prins Alfred Hamlet het ons selfs ‘n Chinese winkel eienaar by die vergadering gehad. Nog ‘n eerste. Elkeen van hulle is gerat om die uitdagings van die pragtige land van ons, breëbors aan te pak. Wat dit natuurlik vir my maklik maak, was dat ek voorbeelde van elke liewe dorp wat deelneem in die voorleggings kon wys. Julle dra dus almal by tot die positiewe invloed wat ons op die nuwe dorpe het, dankie aan almal. Ons is ook om hulp genader uit al die uithoeke van ons land, van Keetmanshoop tot Wit Rivier in die Noorde. Hierdie dorpe is nou op ons databasis en ons sal hulle vordering ook aan julle deurgee. more info
Movie Night by laerskool Protea Park Ons het op 8 Augustus 'n Movie Night" by Laerskool Protea Park se gestremde klassie gehou. Daar is 22 gestremde kids, van hul kom nooit in 'n movie nie as gevolg van hul gestremdheid. Die juffrou het vir die movie en popcorn gesorg, Jomarie Volschenk het vir elke kind 'n lekkergoed pakkie gemaak met chips, koeldrank en baie sweets. Ek en Martyn het vir elke kind 'n Pillow Pal uitgedeel, sjoe dit was 'n ondervinding wat nie net aan jou hart geraak het nie, maar het mens geestelik verryk. more info
